Me. Mostapha Kabalan is a distinguished Lebanese lawyer with over twenty-one years of experience in both Lebanese and regional law, encompassing the private and public sectors. With a special focus on criminal law and real estate law, he has served as a state lawyer and assistant to the president of the cases authority, representing the rights of the state of Lebanon in civil and criminal disputes and litigation. As the esteemed founder of Kabalan & Kabalan Attorneys, Mostapha brings extensive expertise and unwavering dedication to the firm.
Me. Abbas Kabalan is a trilingual Lebanese lawyer and the Managing Partner at Kabalan & Kabalan Attorneys. He holds a Master’s degree in Domestic and International Business Law, focusing on finance, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate specializing in innovative financial tools and fintech. With extensive experience as a legal expert in international programs with the UN and the EU, Abbas leads the firm’s corporate and financial law department, bringing his business law expertise to domestic and international clients.
